Within the city, you can reach virtually anywhere by bus, trolley and subway. If you often travel around the city, it makes sense to buy a ticket as part of the Onay system. It can be in four forms: a single transport travel card, a social travel card, a student’s travel card, and a school pupil’s travel card.

You can return your transport card and get a refund value by contacting “Transport Holding of Almaty” LLP at the address: Almaty, Ryskulbekov Street, 33/1, or at special ticket offices at railway stations branded with “Onay” symbol.
